Coronavirus (Covid-19) Customer Update

Courier Delivery Update:

Please Note – Due to the Bank Holiday our courier services have advised they will not be collecting orders from our warehouse until Tuesday 14th April.

Once our team has packed your order you will receive a tracking code which will become live from Tuesday/Wednesday.

In order to help our customers during this period we have reduced the cost of DPD to £2.99 and we are offering FREE delivery on all orders over £15.00.

Our Warehouse Update:

Our Warehouse will remain open during the bank holiday so we can continue to pick and pack your orders ready for the courier collections.

Your patience is much appreciated during this time and please note your tracking codes will not be activated until Tuesday/Wednesday.

With the effects of the coronavirus being felt across many business and services, we want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to ensure that our delivery times remain as unaffected as possible. Our teams are working hard to ensure that our normal standards of service and delivery continue, so that customers receive their goods as soon as is feasible.

With retail stores now closed to help prevent the spread of the virus and protect our staff and customers, increased demand online has amplified the pressure on services like the Royal Mail and other distributors so that some delays may be inevitable. However, like those organisations, we have established emergency measures to ensure that your parcels arrive quickly and are handed to you safely.

Your patience is hugely appreciated during this challenging time, and we look forward to providing the same great service that you have come to expect from Vapestore.

Receiving your Parcel

New changes for signed-for deliveries mean that parcels will now be placed at your door before the delivery person rings the bell, when they will stand at a distance ready for you to answer. You won’t be asked to sign for the parcel, but the delivery person will ask your name and check your details with a handheld device. If you are unavailable, a card will be left for you with instructions for how to re-arrange your delivery.

As confirmed by Public Health England, receiving a parcel does not place you at risk from catching the coronavirus. The manufacturing environment and the travel time from factory to store or warehouse to the customer virtually eliminates the risk of the virus being present on the goods. We encourage all customers to read and follow the guidance laid out by Public Health England and Royal Mail.
