Bank Holiday Customer Update

Courier Delivery Update:

Please Note – Due to the Bank Holiday our courier services have advised they will not be collecting orders from our warehouse until Tuesday 14th April.

Once our team has packed your order you will receive a tracking code which will become live from Tuesday/Wednesday.

In order to help our customers during this period we have reduced the cost of DPD to £2.99 and we are offering FREE delivery on all orders over £15.00.

Our Warehouse Update:

Our Warehouse will remain open during the bank holiday so we can continue to pick and pack your orders ready for the courier collections.

Your patience is much appreciated during this time and please note your tracking codes will not be activated until Tuesday/Wednesday.

Coronavirus (Covid-19) Customer Update

With the effects of the coronavirus being felt across many business and services, we want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to ensure that our delivery times remain as unaffected as possible. Our teams are working hard to ensure that our normal standards of service and delivery continue, so that customers receive their goods as soon as is feasible.

With retail stores now closed to help prevent the spread of the virus and protect our staff and customers, increased demand online has amplified the pressure on services like the Royal Mail and other distributors so that some delays may be inevitable. However, like those organisations, we have established emergency measures to ensure that your parcels arrive quickly and are handed to you safely.

When to call us 

Where applicable, please call us on 0800 644 0000 if you need to get in touch due to the following reasons:

Incorrect delivery address

Your order has not been received within 7 working days

Support Emails 

If you have sent in your query via email and don’t feel you need to call through to our customer service team just yet – please do bear with us! We aim to respond to your email within 24 hours and will do everything we can to resolve your query as soon as possible.

We would like to reassure you that we are working as quickly as possible to ensure each order is processed and dispatched as rapidly as we can. You will receive a dispatch email once your order has been picked and packed.
