Vapouriz Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Vapouriz Limited (We or Promoter), shall be the promoter of the prize draw subject to these rules unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to amend these rules from time to time.

By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them. All of our decisions will be final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

No charge is made to enter the prize draw. If you would like to, you can subscribe to receiving emails from the Promoter here www.vapestore.co.uk.

How to enter

An eligible person may enter the prize draw by:

placing an order on the Vapouriz (www.vapouriz.co.uk) between 00.01 on 06th November 2023 and 23.59 on 30th November 2023 (Promotion Period).

accepting these rules; and

by entering their email address at the order confirmation stage following completion of a qualifying order on the Vapestore site.

All orders must be received by the Promotion Period closing date as specified above. Orders placed and/or entries received after the Promotion Period closing date shall not be entered into the prize draw. No responsibility will be taken for any entries that are lost for technical or other reasons or received after the closing date.

All entrants must be:

aged 18 or over;

a resident of England, Scotland or Wales (but excluding Northern Ireland); and

eligible to enter under these rules.

Only one entry is permitted per person. Proof of purchase during the Promotion Period and evidence of identity and age may be required by the Promoter.

Who cannot enter:

The following are not eligible to participate:

Any person who is an employee of the Promoter, or any company within the same group of companies as the Promoter, or their agents or any other person who is professionally connected with the prize draw and any of their immediate families;

any person assisting with this prize draw;

any person not being a natural person;

any syndicate or collection of persons acting in concert; and

any person using the services of or which is an entity carrying on the business of entering (or advising on entering) prize promotions.

We reserve the absolute right to disqualify without notice any entries;

which we consider have used improper technical means to enter;

which we believe to be fraudulent; and/or

that have been submitted by third parties or agents.

Entrants are responsible for their costs to access internet networks required for entry.

We will not be liable for or accept any responsibility for: (i) any failure by the winner or any entrant to comply with these terms and conditions; (ii) any disruption, delay or misdirection of entries; or (iii) any server, system or network failures, malfunctioning or inaccessibility.

The Prize

Only one prize will be awarded to the qualifying eligible winners of this prize draw.

The prizes are:

1st Prize – 1 x Apple iPhone 15 Pro Titanium (128gb)

2nd Prize – 1 Year supply of E-Liquid & 1 x Vape Kit of your choice (which equates to 150 x 10ml Bottles or 50 x Short Fill Bottles)

3rd Prize – 1 x Vaporesso XRos 3 Vape Kit & £50 worth of 10ml E-Liquids

If for any reason the prize is unavailable, we reserve the right at our absolute discretion to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value.

There will be no cash or other alternative to the prize offered. The Prize cannot be substituted and are not transferable or refundable.

The winner of the prize shall be responsible for any tax implications.

Closing Date and Choosing the Winner

The closing date of the prize draw shall be 23.59 on 30 November 2023.

The winner's name will be selected in a random draw of qualifying eligible entries, after the closing date.

The draw will take place on Friday 08th December 2023.

Notification of the Winner

The winner of the prize draw will be notified within 28 days of the draw date. The Promoter will use all reasonable efforts to notify the winner by email, using the email provided by the winner upon entry.

If the winner of the prize draw: (i) is unable to take up the prize for any reason; or (ii) if the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification then we may withdraw entitlement to the prize and award the prize to an alternative qualifying entrant.

Proof of purchase during the promotion period and evidence of identity and age may be required by the Promoter. Please allow 28 days for delivery of the prize.

The name and region of the winner will be available on request by contacting Vapouriz Limited at [7a Henley Business Park, Normandy, Guildford, Surrey, England, GU3 2DX] within 3 months of the closing date.

Your Privacy

Entrants acknowledge that we will use your personal details to facilitate the mechanics of this prize draw promotion and the winner in publicity (if any).

The winner’s details (name and geographical location) will be made available in publicity related activity or to those who wish to find out who the winner is within 3 months of the draw date.

The Promoter will use personal data submitted by entrants in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available by clicking here vapestore.co.uk.

Post Promotion Publicity

The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity connected with the promotion with no further recompense.

Brand Protection

The winner and entrants must not do anything which could, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, bring the Promoter or any company within the same group of companies as the Promoter, or their agents or any other person who is directly professionally connected with the organisation of the prize draw and any of their immediate families into disrepute before, during or after this promotion.

The Promoter's decision on all aspects of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the Prize to anyone whom it reasonably believes is in breach of these rules.

These rules are subject to English law.
